Funcionamiento
Bottles are automatically organized by SED-LP-V bottle unscrambler and fed into the conveyor; divider block-1 sensor counts infeed → filling bottle clamp grips bottles → storage tank + level meter + pump/valve supplies liquid → piston driven by servo motor draws from filling cylinder → pneumatic filling valve opens/closes → adjustable nozzle accommodates different bottle types → block-2 sensor counts outfeed. Siemens HMI controls the entire line with emergency stop interlock. Downstream: SED-8XG-V capping machine + SED-100YDT-V labeler + laser coder.
