Funcionamiento
Bottles enter on a conveyor and pass through a separation mechanism that spaces them at the labelling station. A SICK photoelectric sensor detects each label edge as the web is dispensed and a Weinview servo motor synchronises label feed with the conveyor (Siemens VFDs keep bottle speed in sync). The label is presented on the bottle,then a pressure-roller wraps and compresses it onto the curved or flat surface,achieving ±1 mm placement accuracy. A Panasonic bottle sensor and Mitsubishi PLC interlock the cycle.
Proceso de funcionamiento
