Funcionamiento
Oil and water phases are pre-prepared in two 600 L jacketed kettles with high-speed eccentric dispersion agitation, then transferred into the 1200 L main emulsifier under vacuum (–0.09 MPa). The main kettle uses bidirectional wall-scraping slow agitation (0–65 rpm, 7.5 kW) and an upper homogenizer (18 kW, 0–2950 rpm) to produce a fine stable emulsion. The dual-column hydraulic system lifts the main kettle lid for loading/CIP. Multiple safety interlocks: vacuum prevents lid lift; agitator running prevents lid lift; lid not fully closed prevents agitator start.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Oil and water phases are pre-prepared in two 600 L jacketed kettles with high-speed eccentric dispersion agitation, then transferred into the 1200 L main emulsifier under vacuum (–0.09 MPa).
2The main kettle uses bidirectional wall-scraping slow agitation (0–65 rpm, 7.5 kW) and an upper homogenizer (18 kW, 0–2950 rpm) to produce a fine stable emulsion.
3The dual-column hydraulic system lifts the main kettle lid for loading/CIP.
