Funcionamiento

Operator manually drops a printed empty tube (sealed end up, open end down) into the holder. (1) The tube rotates while a Panasonic mark photoeye scans for the color registration mark and rotates the tube to correct orientation. (2) A volumetric piston pump dispenses 25–250 mL of product (selectable head for smaller volumes). (3) The tail of the tube is closed and an ultrasonic horn at 20 kHz (electronic auto-frequency tracking) welds the polymer/aluminum laminate seam. (4) A pneumatic trimmer cuts off the tail flash. The operator then removes the finished tube. PLC + touchscreen handle recipe selection (fill volume, ultrasonic time, mark-detect mode); foot-pedal control assists semi-automatic operation.

Proceso de funcionamiento

Limpieza y mantenimiento

Drain and flush the volumetric pump and fill head between SKUs to prevent product cross-contamination. Wipe the ultrasonic horn and anvil — never strike them. Clean the photoelectric mark eye lens. Lubricate the cylinders and stepper joints per the OEM schedule. Use the Airtac FRL to keep dry, oiled air at the cylinders.
