Funcionamiento
Air is filtered, heated and enters the hot-air distributor at the chamber top, spiralling uniformly into the chamber. Feed liquid is filtered and pumped to the centrifugal atomizer head at the chamber top, sprayed into very fine droplets that contact hot air with very large surface area; moisture evaporates rapidly and dries to granular product within seconds. Wet exhaust is captured at tower bottom + cyclone separator and exhausted via blower.
Proceso de funcionamiento
