Funcionamiento
Material in the hopper feeds via a rotary disk valve into a stainless cartridge. A pneumatic cartridge cylinder draws the piston back to suck a measured volume from the hopper (rotary disk valve in suction position), then the rotary disk rotates to discharge position and the piston pushes the dose out through the discharge nozzle with anti-drip seal ring. Filling volume is set with a hand-wheel that positions the rear magnetic switch on the cartridge cylinder. Throttle valves on the cylinder set fill and discharge speeds. An inching/auto switch chooses single-shot or continuous cycling; an inching switch (foot/hand pedal) triggers each cycle in semi-auto mode. Air supply treatment unit (filter + regulator + oil atomizer) conditions the compressed air.

Before startup and after each production run, clean all parts that come into contact with materials. Disassemble cartridge by loosening pressure screw; remove and clean piston and seal rings. Regularly drain water from air supply filter; check oil atomizer oil level (fill to 2/3 of cup).
