Funcionamiento
Cartons stored in an adjustable carton bin are drawn down by a vacuum suction-cup crank-rocker mechanism onto an intermittent baffle/sprocket carton-conveying chain. Leaflet (folded 1–4 times by inline folding machine) and product (e.g., blister or bottle) are pushed in by the pushing mechanism. Top tuck flaps are folded, dust flaps inserted, and carton sealed via insertion or hot-melt glue at the sealing mechanism, then discharged. Sensors detect carton/leaflet/product presence and stop the machine on faults; automatic waste-removal device rejects defective packs.
Proceso de funcionamiento

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Wipe outer surfaces and conveyor belt with a clean wet towel before each shift; open hood and wipe interior to remove dust and dirt. Clean mechanical parts with detergent or alcohol and a clean cloth in order: cap-putting, cap-discharging, bottle-clamping, rotating, conveying mechanisms. Use a dry cloth on photoelectric sensors and pressure switches. Do not splash water on electronics. Disconnect air source before cleaning pneumatic components. Cylinder rods cleaned dry, then a few drops of pneumatic oil. Valves are not to be disassembled in the field.
