Funcionamiento
Intermittent-motion design driven by a 1.5 kW main motor through a clutch-brake. (1) Magazine of flat-folded cartons feeds one carton at a time. (2) SMC ZL112 vacuum generator + suction cups draw one carton and open it at a wide angle. (3) Product chain/feed system pushes product into open carton — overload protection retracts pusher if carton is malformed. (4) Carton flaps tuck and close mechanically; optional hot-melt glue or mechanical brush-and-glue station seals the carton. (5) Inkjet or hot-stamp coder prints batch number. (6) Photoelectric eye verifies presence at each station; missing/empty cartons trigger auto-stop with audible alarm.
Proceso de funcionamiento

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Wipe vacuum suckers, photoelectric eye lenses, and the pickup arm at every shift change so paper dust does not blind the sensors. Empty the reject-carton chute. Inspect the chain and torque-protector clutch on the manual schedule; refresh lubrication per spec.
