Funcionamiento
Material is drawn into the closed three-layer SS316 tank (internal vacuum –0.09 MPa) through the lid's filtered feed port using the 0.37 kW water-ring vacuum pump with SS buffer tank protecting the line. The 9 kW electric heater (or optional steam) heats the jacket (≤ 0.3 MPa). The frame-type wall-scraping stirrer (SS316, PTFE scrapers, 0–63 rpm VFD) mixes and prevents wall fouling; skeleton-sealed shafts prevent leakage. The bottom-mounted homogeniser (3 kW, VFD) applies shear via side intake / top discharge, creating internal recirculation and fine emulsification. Multi-layer safety interlocks and thermal-overload protection safeguard operation. Tilt-discharge + bottom three-piece flush ball valve enable full drain after each batch.
