Funcionamiento
Material is drawn into the closed three-layer 316L tank under vacuum (Boerkang rotary-vane pump, 0.37 kW) — vacuum also de-foams the mix and improves homogenising. Bottom electric heating warms the jacket. A frame-type wall-scraping stirrer (VFD bi-directional 0–120 rpm, 1.1 kW) mixes and prevents wall fouling. Simultaneously the top-mounted homogeniser (3 kW, up to 3000 rpm) forces material through multiple rotor/stator gaps, applying intense hydraulic shear, centrifugal compression, grinding and collision, reducing particles to 0.2–0.6 µm. Bottom-valve discharge connects directly to a downstream filler or allows tilting for cleaning.
