Funcionamiento
Air passes through coarse + medium + high-efficiency filters, is heated by an electric heater (120kW) supplemented by steam, and enters the chamber through a hot-air spiral distributor. Liquid is delivered by a 0.75kW screw pump to a 2.2kW centrifugal atomizer with two-stage gear booster (disc edge speed >120 m/s) atomising it into 20-60μm droplets. Co-current contact with the hot air evaporates 95-98% of moisture in seconds; powder falls through the 60° cone to a discharge bin or directly to the cyclone. Cyclone (D700×2) recovers 95-97% of fines; remainder captured by the water-spray scrubber. Exhaust drawn by a 15kW induced-draft fan. Cold-wall and air-sweep keep inner wall ~80°C to prevent burn-on.
Proceso de funcionamiento
