Funcionamiento
Liquid feed is delivered by a peristaltic pump to the LP100 centrifugal atomizer at the top of the drying tower, which sprays it into a fine mist. Filtered air is heated by an electric heater (90kW) to up to 250°C and enters the tower through a hot-air distributor with vortex/axial regulation. The mist contacts the hot air, evaporating moisture in seconds; dried powder falls through the cone and is discharged via rotary valves. Fines in the exhaust are recovered by dual cyclone separators; cleaned exhaust is drawn out by an 11kW induced-draft fan via a silencer.
Proceso de funcionamiento
