SED-1000RZ-A is a GMP-standard 1000L working / 1300L total volume vacuum emulsifier (steam-heated, non-lifting lid variant). The system includes a three-layer SUS304 main pot (Baosteel plate, inner 6 mm), 600L oil phase

Funcionamiento
Materials are prepared separately in the oil phase pot (600L, eccentric high-speed dispersion, steam heating 12 kW) and water phase pot (500L, eccentric high-speed dispersion, steam heating 12 kW). Both are vacuum-drawn into the main 1000L pot. The bi-directional PTFE scraper agitator (7.5 kW, 0-65 rpm, VFD) continuously sweeps the pot wall. The top homogenizer (15 kW, 0-2950 rpm, VFD, Siemens motor) emulsifies material through high-speed shear in the rotor-stator gap. The main pot jacket (steam heating 18.5 kW, cooling water) maintains temperature. Vacuum (-0.09 MPa, 2BV water-ring pump 7.5 kW, Nanfang brand) eliminates bubbles during mixing. Optional Siemens PLC + touch screen automation.
