Funcionamiento
Multiple negative-pressure, cross-pressure and positive-pressure pulses (>=3, adjustable 0-99) evacuate cold air from the load; saturated steam is then admitted to reach 121 degrees C or 134 degrees C and held for the programmed time (20 min at 121 / 5 min at 134, settable 0-180 min). After sterilization, vacuum drying combined with pulsating air drying removes residual moisture (drying time 10 min, settable 0-180 min). Siemens PLC controls the pulse sequences, temperature, pressure and drying via pneumatic angle-seat valves. The built-in 60 kW steam generator (design pressure 0.7 MPa) provides the steam source.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Multiple negative-pressure, cross-pressure and positive-pressure pulses (>=3, adjustable 0-99) evacuate cold air from the load; saturated steam is then admitted to reach 121 degrees C or 134 degrees C and held for the programmed time (20 min at 121 / 5 min at 134, settable 0-180 min).
