Funcionamiento

Compressed air enters the gun via two ports: an atomizing-air port that breaks the liquid into fine droplets at the nozzle, and a pattern-air port that flattens the spray into a fan shape via the 'figure-8' deflector at the gun tip. Liquid flow rate is adjusted by rotating the piston cap (clockwise to reduce, counter-clockwise to increase) and locking with the lock nut. Fan width is adjusted by the pattern-air screw. The stand is positioned so the fan spray hits the coating bed at its highest fall point inside the pan.

Proceso de funcionamiento

1Compressed air enters the gun via two ports: an atomizing-air port that breaks the liquid into fine droplets at the nozzle, and a pattern-air port that flattens the spray into a fan shape via the 'figure-8' deflector at the gun tip.

Limpieza y mantenimiento

Loosen the lock nut, remove the piston cap and nozzle for flushing between solution changes. Rinse air and liquid passages with the appropriate solvent.
