Funcionamiento
A horizontal double-jacket pressure vessel (SUS304 inner liner 6 mm; Q345R reinforcing ribs 6 mm). Hot water heated by a Huisituo plate heat-exchanger (external steam 0.4–0.6 MPa) is recirculated by a German WILO centrifugal pump. Spiral-nozzle spray heads distribute high-temperature water uniformly over the load with no dead spots. A water-ring vacuum pump (Shanghai Yulong) assists air removal. The full cycle — heating, sterilization hold (60–134 °C), and cooling — is automated by Siemens S7 PLC. Double-leaf motorized doors use saw-tooth SUS304 rack-and-pinion, sealed by medical-grade silicone with compressed-air auto-seal; dual-door interlocking and pressure safety interlocks prevent opening under pressure. Thermal uniformity ≤ ±1 °C.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
All product-contact piping is SUS304 sanitary pipe with quick-open clamp connections for easy dismantling. The Huisituo plate heat exchanger has interchangeable plates for simple servicing. The sterilization chamber interior is precision machined and chemically treated for smooth, corrosion-resistant surfaces. SUS304 sterilization carts and transport carts are easily cleaned.
