Funcionamiento
Horizontal pressure vessel; load is wheeled in on stainless guide rails using carbon-steel transfer carts (8 trays per cart, 150 mm tray height). Door is hand-operated and sealed by inflatable gasket. PLC controls a fully automatic cycle: auto heat-up -> auto hold (sterilization) -> auto pressure-hold -> auto pressure-relief. Hot/cold water circulating pump + heat exchanger swap hot and cold water during the cool-down to avoid thermal-shock cracking of glass jars. Door safety interlock requires complete depressurization before opening; vessel cannot pressurize until door is properly closed and locked.
Proceso de funcionamiento
