SED-1-1-1YTG-S — Custom Dual-Chamber Cartridge-Bottle Filling and Closing All-in-One Machine

Operator loads a single dual-chamber cartridge (head-down, large-mouth-up) into a turntable slot. The turntable then sequences through four processing stations using forward and reverse indexing: Middle stopper insertion uses a vibratory bowl to feed a stopper into a sleeve above the vial; the insertion rod presses the stopper into the sleeve, then rod and sleeve descend together into the vial; sleeve retracts leaving stopper in place (sleeve and rod each driven by independent servo). Aluminum cap crimping uses a vibratory bowl to feed caps to a side rail; vacuum grippers pick, position and load the cap into the electric crimp head; crimp head servo-drives upward to crimp. Tail liquid fill uses a high-precision peristaltic pump to fill 1.5 ml while servo-driven fill needle rises as liquid is dispensed. Tail stopper insertion uses the same sleeve-insertion mechanism as middle stopper. Finished vials are manually collected at the outfeed station.
