Funcionamiento
Cold ambient air is drawn into the machine, filtered through pharmaceutical-grade filters, and heated. The warm air stream enters the bottom of the fluid-bed vessel and fluidizes the powder or granule charge (200–500 g/batch). A spray nozzle delivers atomized binder or coating solution onto the fluidizing particles; as solvent evaporates in the upward air stream, granules or coated particles form and grow. Process air exits through a bag filter that retains fine particles, protecting product yield. The heating, spraying, and fluidization parameters are controlled by the Siemens PLC and touch screen.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Cold ambient air is drawn into the machine, filtered through pharmaceutical-grade filters, and heated.
