Funcionamiento
Liquid feed is delivered by a peristaltic pump to a two-fluid nozzle where compressed air (2–3 Bar, built-in oil-free compressor) atomises it into a fine mist. The mist contacts hot air (inlet 30–300 °C) inside the drying chamber; moisture evaporates in 1.0–1.5 s, leaving dry particles, which are separated in a cyclone and collected. An auto needle de-clog mechanism maintains clear nozzle flow during long runs.
Proceso de funcionamiento

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Quick-clamp connections (clamps 1, 2, 3) on the collection tube, drying chamber and feed line allow easy disassembly for cleaning. All product-contact surfaces are SS316. No specific CIP cycle described in source.
