SED-0.25SM-J — Water-Bath Sterilisation Cabinet

Recirculating water is heated by an external steam-fed plate heat exchanger and sprayed over the load via a top-mounted spiral spray system for uniform heat transfer. Cooling is achieved by switching the heat exchanger to cold water. Wide operating temperature range: 60–134 °C, enabling both pasteurisation and terminal sterilisation. No secondary contamination as the water medium is entirely recirculated. Post-cycle cooling in the enclosed chamber prevents thermal shock.
