Funktionsweise
Vials are conveyed by a servo-driven active starwheel system. Dual-head auger (customised screw per material; supports wet-heat sterilisation screw) doses powder into each vial. AISI 316L vibration bowl feeds rubber stoppers via vacuum pick-and-place (partial or full insertion); no-vial = no fill / no stopper interlock. Capping: AISI 304 vibration bowl feeds aluminium caps with ultrasonic counting sensor; single/triple-knife crimping; aluminium particle suction device; missing-cap rejection. Labeling: servo-controlled in-line labeler; label accuracy ±1 mm; defect detection accuracy 99%.
