Funktionsweise
Semi-automatic orifice-plate capsule filling. Empty capsules are loaded into the upper plate; vacuum-assisted separation (40 m³/h vacuum pump) orients the capsule body in the lower plate and the cap in the upper plate. Powder/granule is dosed into the body via the dosing disc/scraper driven by variable-frequency motor; the upper and lower plates are then aligned and a pneumatic ram (SC50X125 cylinder) locks the cap onto the body. Filled capsules are ejected through the discharge port.

Pre-production: (1) Wipe outer machine surface with clean damp cloth. (2) Open hood and wipe inside with clean cloth. (3) Wipe hopper, turntable and inside of filling mechanism with clean cloth, then again with 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: same procedure as pre-production. Deep cleaning of filling mechanism: remove motor cover and fixed screws; remove filling mechanism with two persons (mechanism is heavy due to motor on top); disassemble, then clean and sterilize all parts in direct contact with raw materials (agitator, feeding room); reassemble and reinstall. Electronic components: wipe touchscreen and indicator windows with dry cloth only — do not splash water on electronics. Photoelectric sensor windows: clean with dry cloth only. Air filter at inlet provides compressed air quality assurance.
