Funktionsweise

Sugar/syrup is dissolved in a 400L jacketed electromagnetic-heating tank with a double high-speed shear stirrer. The cooked syrup is moved by a 1.5kW transfer pump (32L/min, 2m head) to the 200L mixing & storage system, which uses a 4kW vacuum pump, 0.75kW jacketed transfer pump and water-bath insulation. Gelatin is hydrated and melted separately in a 300L jacketed tank with high-speed mixer (2.2kW). Two inline color/flavor dynamic mixers with 4 dosing pumps inject additives just before the double-color servo depositor (2 x 1.5kW). Aluminum/Teflon-coated 170-piece molds travel through a 5HP cooling tunnel; pneumatic + brush demolding and pneumatic oil spraying complete the cycle, after which gummies move via two conveyors to a 300kg surface sugar-coating drum.
