SED-6TH-G — Lift-Type Hopper Mixer

Load the hopper (filled to material density × fill coefficient) and couple with the main unit via fork → Start device; lifting system auto-raises the rotary system to the mixing position at preset speed → Position sensor signals arrival; locking device clamps the slide firmly; pressure sensor confirms lock → Rotary system runs at set speed and count; revolution counter tracks → Upon completion, PLC issues stop signal; locking device releases → Lifting system lowers rotary system to lower limit at set speed → Printer prints records per set parameters. The rotary system uses a speed-control module + VFD + motor. For positioning stop: unit rotates at 2 RPM low speed → proximity switch triggers motor brake → rotary body stops at horizontal position.
