SED-6TH-G — Lift-Type Hopper Mixer

Load the hopper(filled to material density × fill coefficient) and couple with the main unit via fork→ Start device; lifting system auto-raises the rotary system to the mixing position at preset speed→ Position sensor signals arrival; locking device clamps the slide firmly; pressure sensor confirms lock→ Rotary system runs at set speed and count; revolution counter tracks→ Upon completion, PLC issues stop signal; locking device releases→ Lifting system lowers rotary system to lower limit at set speed→ Printer prints records per set parameters. The rotary system uses a speed-control module + VFD + motor. For positioning stop: unit rotates at 2 RPM low speed→ proximity switch triggers motor brake→ rotary body stops at horizontal position.
