Funktionsweise
A float-controlled water tank feeds water via a 550 W pump (Aolong brand) into the boiler vessel. Two groups of 24 kW 316L stainless steel thick-wall electric heating tubes heat and evaporate the water; tubes are insulated with imported high-temperature magnesium oxide powder (rated to 900°C). An internal steam-water separator removes water droplets before steam is delivered as dry saturated steam. The LCD controller monitors water level, pressure, and heating status in real time. A safety valve (DN20) automatically releases excess pressure; an extreme low-water-level interlock cuts power to prevent dry firing. A leakage protector and AC contactor (Delixi series 6) provide multi-layer safety interlocks.
Prozessbeschreibung
