SED-60WCTL-T — Dust-Free Charging Station

Operator empties bagged material through the upper hopper; an integrated 10-mesh SUS316L check screen vibrated by a 0.12 kW motor removes foreign particles. Released dust is captured by 4 Donaldson pleated cartridge filters (φ125 × 200 mm) with AirTAC compressed-air pulse back-blow cleaning. Cleared powder drops into the 60 L SUS316L bin below the screen and is discharged via two SUS316L Φ290 outlet adapters into a vacuum conveyor. A silicone soft connection (Φ650) provides vibration isolation between the frame and downstream equipment. Two gas-spring-assisted lids ease access.
