SED-60WCTL-T dust-free charging station integrates a vibration motor with a 10-mesh check screen and pulse back-blow dust filtration to feed bulk powders into a downstream vacuum conveyor without dust spillage. 60 L SUS3
مبدأ العمل
Operator empties bagged material through the upper hopper; an integrated 10-mesh SUS316L check screen vibrated by a 0.12 kW motor removes foreign particles. Released dust is captured by 4 Donaldson pleated cartridge filters(φ125 × 200 mm) with AirTAC compressed-air pulse back-blow cleaning. Cleared powder drops into the 60 L SUS316L bin below the screen and is discharged via two SUS316LΦ290 outlet adapters into a vacuum conveyor. A silicone soft connection(Φ650) provides vibration isolation between the frame and downstream equipment. Two gas-spring-assisted lids ease access.
