Funktionsweise
The hoisting cap-arranging unit sorts tangled caps so all exit mouth-upward onto the conveyor belt, then into the rotary disc which positions each cap at the liner-insertion station. A vacuum sucker picks an aluminum-foil liner from the cylinder magazine and accurately inserts it into the cap. A photoelectric sensor detects reversed or missing liners; non-conforming caps are automatically ejected to the reject zone.
