Funktionsweise
Two end-cones are mounted on a horizontal axis and rotated at 12 rpm by a 3 kW motor through a reducer. As the double-cone shell rotates, gravity and the converging/diverging geometry repeatedly fold and re-distribute the powder bed, producing uniform mixing in 6–10 min. An optional internal forced-agitation paddle further breaks coagulated material and incorporates minor-quantity additives. Material is loaded via a vacuum-suction feeding device through the top inlet and discharged through a stainless-steel butterfly valve when the cone is positioned vertically.

Pre-production: wipe outer surface with clean damp cloth; open machine and wipe interior with damp cloth; wipe hopper with clean cloth then with 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe all inner and outer surfaces with clean damp cloth; wipe hopper with clean cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. After each use, remove the rotating tank and clean/brush out remaining powder, then reinstall. If out of service for an extended period, wipe down, apply anti-rust oil to machined surfaces, and cover with cloth. Operate in a clean, ventilated environment. Monthly lubrication of transmission chain and adjustment knobs with oil (0–35°C) or grease (<0°C or >35°C). Weekly cleaning and tightening of electrical cabinet terminals.
