Funktionsweise
Slurry is charged through the side feed pipe (DN40 quick-clamp) onto the rotating drum lined with PP filter bag. Centrifugal force at 1600 rpm (separation factor 860) drives liquid through the filter bag and drum perforations to the housing inner wall, draining via the DN65 discharge port. Solid cake stays on the drum wall and can be washed in place. After deceleration via energy-recovery braking (≥100s), the worm-gear full flip cover opens for manual top discharge.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Slurry is charged through the side feed pipe (DN40 quick-clamp) onto the rotating drum lined with PP filter bag.
