Funktionsweise
Slurry is fed through the side DN50 feed pipe and distributed evenly across the inner surface of the rotating drum. Centrifugal force (separation factor up to 755) drives the mother liquor through the filter cloth or perforated drum wall; filtrate exits via the bottom DN80 mother-liquor outlet. The solid cake remains in the drum for manual top discharge after the run. A damped elastic damper system (viscous liquid elastic damping, >95% vibration isolation) on the flat base absorbs imbalance. Variable-frequency start reduces electrical surge; energy-recovery braking provides controlled deceleration (≈5 min brake time). A spring-cylinder large flip-top lid with fluororubber seal allows easy access.
