SED-5YGF-K — PFS & Cartridge Five-Head Filling and Plugging Machine

Nested syringe or cartridge boxes pass through the film tearing machine which removes the outer packaging film (optical fiber detection, auto kick waste). The paper tearing machine then removes the Tyvek/inner sealing paper (servo-controlled, 2 servo sets). The cleaned nests proceed to the filling and plugging machine, where the XY-transmission table positions the nest; five ceramic plunger pumps (independent servo per pump) fill each cavity simultaneously. Rubber plugs are auto-fed from a vibration bowl through a plug track; the plugging mechanism inserts stoppers via vacuum (-50~-100 kPa). All zones are behind glass isolation windows. Operation is monitored by fiber-optic sensors at every action position.
