SED-5CFS-N — Low-Temperature Ultrafine Pulverizer

Material is loaded via 2 L 304 SS feed cassettes into the sealed 304 SS arc-cylinder chamber containing grinding rods. A high-strength spring drive with eccentric mass excites high-frequency vibration; rods linearly grind, roll and shear the material until micron-scale fineness is achieved (cell-wall-breaking for pollens/spores). After the cycle the operator electrically lifts and manually flips the chamber to discharge. An optional Copeland-compressor chiller circulates R404a refrigerant through the chamber's four-side water jackets to maintain -25 °C to 0 °C grinding, preventing heat damage. The chamber is fully sealed with food-grade silicone tubing connections — no dust escape, no material loss; processing can be done under inert atmosphere for explosion / oxidation prevention.
