Funktionsweise
Mo-target X-ray tube (0–50 kV, 0–1 mA, 50 W max) excites the sample. Characteristic secondary X-rays from each element are filtered through a 6-position collimator/filter wheel (0.18° stepping) and registered by an electrically cooled Si-PIN detector (1 mil Be window, 6 mm² crystal, 145±5 eV resolution). The integrated i5 industrial PC processes the energy spectrum via CEDXRPPro software, comparing peaks against preset RoHS / halogen / heavy-metal / Samsung / custom limit standards.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Mo-target X-ray tube (0–50 kV, 0–1 mA, 50 W max) excites the sample.
