Funktionsweise

Material in the ultrasonic extraction tank is heated electrically to process temperature (water extraction 50–60 °C, ethanol extraction 40–50 °C); ultrasonic cavitation combined with mechanical stirring at 300 rpm intensifies solvent penetration into effective components. The extract is pumped by slurry pump to the horizontal decanter centrifuge for solid-liquid separation; clarified liquid passes sequentially through the coarse filtration system and the plate-and-frame fine filtration system to remove fine particles. Filtered extract enters the dual-effect external-circulation vacuum concentrator where it is continuously evaporated at −0.05 to −0.08 MPa reduced pressure; vapour passes through the aroma-recovery condenser to recover aromatic components. Concentrated liquid flows to storage tank. The entire line is managed by a PLC touch-screen central control system.
