Funktionsweise
Magnetrons inject 2450 MHz microwave energy from both sides of the chamber into a 10-tier rotating baking cart under vacuum. The vacuum lowers the boiling point of water (e.g., 40 °C at 7.37 kPa), allowing water in the material to evaporate without thermal damage. Microwaves penetrate the material and heat it volumetrically (no reliance on convection), drying ~4× faster than conventional vacuum drying. Optris infrared probe monitors material temperature; PLC modulates microwave power continuously to hold the user-set 50–90 °C set point.
