Funktionsweise
Mesh-belt infeed → screw separator → robotic clamp grabs bottles, inverts and continuously rotates them → spray nozzles insert into inverted bottles and oscillate to track movement → water/air pressure jets alternate to flush internal foreign matter and residual water (no cross-contamination between nozzles) → immersed ultrasonic transducer cavitation cleaning (bottles pass directly over the transducer for strong ultrasonic radiation) → PC controls all timing sequences.
