Mesh-belt infeed→ screw separator→ robotic clamp grabs bottles, inverts and continuously rotates them→ spray nozzles insert into inverted bottles and oscillate to track movement→ water/air pressure jets alternate to flush internal foreign matter and residual water(no cross-contamination between nozzles) → immersed ultrasonic transducer cavitation cleaning(bottles pass directly over the transducer for strong ultrasonic radiation) → PC controls all timing sequences.
