Funktionsweise

Tablets / pills / granules are loaded into the 400 mm sugar-coating pan. A single-direction low-speed motor (transmitted via belt + worm-gear reducer) rotates the pan clockwise at 0-46/50 rpm so that the batch tumbles and rubs in an optimal flow curve. Operator manually adds syrup / coating mix in batches. Simultaneously a 60 W blower forces 500 W heated hot air (~50 deg C) into the pan via a duct so the moisture in the coating evaporates rapidly, producing uniform, glossy sugar-coated tablets. Pan elevation 15-45 deg adjustable to match material flow.

Reinigung und Wartung

Wipe outer surfaces and inside the machine with a clean wet towel before each shift; wipe the coating pan first with a clean towel and then with 75 percent industrial alcohol for sterilisation. After post-shift cleaning use the same procedure. After each batch / when stopping for long periods, remove the rotating pan to clean and rinse out remaining powder; if the pan is copper, oil its surface to prevent oxidation. Replace gearbox lubricating oil (HJ-10) every 6 months and grease (ZG-2) on rolling bearings every 6 months. Dust the electrical control cabinet weekly.
