Funktionsweise
Filler: dry, clean vials feed via the integrated unscrambler / star-feed disc (rejects fallen bottles), enter the rotary turret with POM divider rails. The peristaltic pumps fire when the filling head descends; custom anti-foam needle prevents bubbles; the head retracts and the indexed bottle passes to the stopper station where the vibration bowl (electromagnetic resonance principle) orients rubber stoppers and a pneumatic cylinder presses each stopper onto the positioned vial — full or half (semi) stoppering selectable. Capper: stoppered vials transfer to SED-2ZG-Z; the cap-feed bowl orients aluminum caps onto the dual-head 3-knife centrifugal flexible rollers which roll-seal the cap with tolerance to bottle-dia variation. Bowl + drop-rail removable without tools for sterilization. Variable-frequency control on both stations; Siemens PLC + HMI; tempered glass dust hood encloses the filling area.
