Funktionsweise

High-voltage immediate-discharge explosion-proof vacuum motor generates suction. Air flows through the inlet hose and cyclone separator, then through the anti-static coated filter element (1 micron) before exiting. Static is dissipated via grounded static cables/clamps and anti-static filter. Explosion-relief diaphragm opens to release pressure if explosive concentration is reached in the drum. Manual blowback (aerodynamic) cleans dust off the filter without stopping the machine.

Reinigung und Wartung

Periodically clean inlet/outlet filter and silencer per usage. Clean residue from filter via manual blowback. Replace filter when negative-pressure gauge stays in red zone after cleaning. Empty dust drum into waste/recycling per local regulations. Always disconnect power before maintenance. Lubricate motor bearings periodically. Do not use flammable solvents (gasoline, benzene, alcohol) to clean the machine.
