Funktionsweise
Cans queue on a 6-lane belt arranger driven by an explosion-proof motor (0.18 kW). Indexing turntable carries cans through (1) N2 purge to clean the empty can, (2) liquid filling via ceramic pump or micro pneumatic piston pump, (3) N2 over-blanket to protect liquid, (4) vibratory-hopper valve insertion (≤80 mm dip-tube, 20 mm valve dia), (5) vacuum + 2-cylinder crimp (lower cylinder presses valve, upper performs crimp; photo-eye prevents no-valve crimping; supports 13/15/18/20 mm crimp diameters), (6) propellant gas filling — booster pump pressurises R134a up to 1.0–1.5 MPa for accurate accelerated filling. Optional actuator placer downstream. PLC governs all stations; SMC pneumatics and Siemens servo control.
