Cans queue on a 6-lane belt arranger driven by an explosion-proof motor(0.18 kW). Indexing turntable carries cans through(1) N2 purge to clean the empty can,(2) liquid filling via ceramic pump or micro pneumatic piston pump,(3) N2 over-blanket to protect liquid,(4) vibratory-hopper valve insertion(≤80 mm dip-tube, 20 mm valve dia), (5) vacuum + 2-cylinder crimp(lower cylinder presses valve, upper performs crimp; photo-eye prevents no-valve crimping; supports 13/15/18/20 mm crimp diameters), (6) propellant gas filling — booster pump pressurises R134a up to 1.0–1.5 MPa for accurate accelerated filling. Optional actuator placer downstream. PLC governs all stations; SMC pneumatics and Siemens servo control.
