SED-300CXP — Vertical Ultrasonic Bottle Washing Machine

The machine consists of: bottle-infeed mesh belt, ultrasonic water tank, mesh-belt bottle supply, lifting drum, bottle-feed pulsator, bottle-clamping device, water/gas filters, flushing needles, bottle-dial disk, and electronic controls. Rough washing uses the ultrasonic cavitation principle to remove contamination from inner and outer bottle walls. Fine washing uses purified water, water for injection (WFI), and clean compressed air to alternately flush the bottle walls. The manipulator then flips the bottle 180° and pushes it to the discharge track to ensure washing quality. Process sequence: Unpacking -> bottle loading -> mesh-belt feeding -> spray water injection -> ultrasonic initial washing -> bottle lifting -> 180° flip (mouth down) -> external WFI spray -> 1st circulating water flush (needle inside) -> 2nd circulating water flush -> 1st purified compressed air blow -> fresh WFI flush -> 2 continuous purified compressed air blows -> (outer wall blow) needle exit -> 180° flip (mouth up) -> bottle discharge -> enters tunnel sterilization oven.
