Reinigung und Wartung

After each batch or when stopping: remove and clean the rotating drum, clear residual powder. Lubrication: fill #20 gear oil into gearbox (soak worm gear), change every 3 months; charge rolling bearings with high-temperature-resistant grease to 1/3 of bearing lumen. Belt maintenance: adjust belt tension regularly to prevent slipping and overheating; do not over-tighten. Keep electrical lines dry.
