Electric control allows setting mixing time with automatic stop at cycle completion, improving batch consistency. For discharge, an independent motorised system tilts the trough up to 105° with an automatic positioning safety device, ensuring safe and reliable discharge.

After each batch or when stopping: remove and clean the rotating drum, clear residual powder. Lubrication: fill #20 gear oil into gearbox(soak worm gear), change every 3 months; charge rolling bearings with high-temperature-resistant grease to 1/3 of bearing lumen. Belt maintenance: adjust belt tension regularly to prevent slipping and overheating; do not over-tighten. Keep electrical lines dry.
