Funktionsweise

Vibration bowl sorts and aligns measuring scoops in correct orientation. Bottles convey under the dispensing station; photoelectric sensors (Sick, Germany) detect bottle position and scoop availability. When a bottle aligns under the scoop-drop position, pneumatic actuators (Airtac) drop a single scoop into the bottle and reset for the next cycle. Maili motor controls conveyor belt; vibration controller adjusts scoop supply rate. Delta PLC coordinates timing; machine auto-stops when bottle or scoop is missing.
