مبدأ العمل
Vibration bowl sorts and aligns measuring scoops in correct orientation. Bottles convey under the dispensing station; photoelectric sensors(Sick, Germany) detect bottle position and scoop availability. When a bottle aligns under the scoop-drop position, pneumatic actuators(Airtac) drop a single scoop into the bottle and reset for the next cycle. Maili motor controls conveyor belt; vibration controller adjusts scoop supply rate. Delta PLC coordinates timing; machine auto-stops when bottle or scoop is missing.

Tool-less disassembly for cleaning. Keep all photoelectric sensor lenses clean — do not touch with bare hands. Do not move scoop-dispensing station origin(proximity switch) position. Routinely inspect and tighten sensor fasteners due to vibration.
